Telemedicine
Remote video consultation, or telemedicine, is certainly one of the great medical innovations that have taken hold in recent years, undergoing a significant acceleration during the Covid-19 health emergency. Without leaving home, at the time you prefer, even at weekends, you can easily make contact with me, using your smartphone, tablet or PC. Whether you need to refer your problems to me, ask for in-depth examinations or view those you have already had, telemedicine is a valid alternative to a face-to-face visit.
The Italian Ministry of Health has also approved and regulated its use (TELEMEDICINE – National guidelines), as well as the Italian Higher Institute of Health (Interim indications for telemedicine assistance services during the COVID-19 health emergency) and the Italian Society of Endocrinology (Opinion on the SIE request for authorization of endocrinological assistance in Telemedicine during the COVID-19 epidemic).

Information and booking form
Use this form to contact me or book a non-binding visit; you can choose between online remote consultation and an appointment in one of the clinics where I practise. Once you have sent the form, we will contact you to fix the day and time of the visit and will tell you the cost, which is payable on completion of the visit. You can then decide if you want to confirm the appointment or not – in any case, you can always cancel up till the day of the visit.
If you live far away or have problems in finding a suitable time, you can book an online video consultation (telemedicine) for mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends. Once we have defined the date and timing, I’ll send you the link to access the video call, which you can start on your PC, tablet, or smartphone. In this case, payment has to be made previously by bank transfer, debit or credit card – however, if you change your mind and consultation doesn’t take place, you will be fully reimbursed.
